Okay..... I am an idiot and went to Dr micheli at shawdow hills dentistry and now I have a dry socket. I will never go to shadow hills dentistry EVER again! Gregory Micheli is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went in to his office Wednesday to have an extraction done. When we walked into the office he was yelling at two of the nurses telling them to do their job it was very awkward to witness this reprimanding in front of patients. That set the tone for which would in all be the begging of my nightmare. After my extraction I was sent home with a very vague post op instruction sheet. I followed the care sheet to the t. However the next day Thursday, when I glanced in the mirror I noticed I didnt have much of a blood clot in the socket. At this point I was in a tremendous amount of pain..... I knew in was getting dry socket. So I called down there and the said to come in. So I went in and sure enough he said looks like you lost part of your clot.... Duh! And to let them know if I loose the rest and to double up on my pain medication. I was up most of the night with horrible pain. I have had a tooth pulled before but nothing like this pain. So I put my shoes on and went back down to the dentists today. They refused to see me because I didnt have an appointment even though I had dry socket. While I was in tears the lady actually told me Sorry I dont know what to tell you go to the e.r. if it hurts so bad....... have never in my life seen a more shady business. They were very unprofessional and basically refused to help me because Its not their fault I have dry socket I have on video the complete conversation with him today and I can not wait to file my claim against him with the American dental association as well as the better business Bureau. Has anyone else had any negative experience with this guy?
