Okay I am at a total loss..... and I could sincerely use some help of current TD residents. I have been wracking my brains the last five days trying to figure out how to deal with the squatters slum on the corner next to my rental house at Pentland and 3rd. Also need some ideas on how to remedy the dumpy eyesore dump that used to be Alice and Tom Evans property on Pentland and 2nd Place (it used to be so beautiful), If anyone has some suggestions on whose cage to start rattling about those two eyesores (with major crack house potential) I could sure use some help. I was going to have my place scraped and painted back to a more traditional color scheme but after being in TD and seeing the condition of the two nearby properties I decided that having an 8 privacy fence installed on both sides of my place with a 4 picket in the front was the more practical idea. I have to do something to try and remedy both the squatters slum next door to the west and the previously quite beautiful but fastly deteriorating pink Kennedy residence on the east side. Painting my place unfortunately will have to wait for now since both jobs are going to be in the neighborhood of 5k.
