Okay, I am going to put this out in the public eye because I feel like if people know about it, I will be more determined to see this through. I have decided to try to get in better shape and lose a few pounds. I can not do any kind of strenous exercises because of my back so I have decided to try and walk. Now, let me explain about Trying to walk. I can not walk outside at a good pace or very far because I have a problem with my legs having some kind of allergic itching reaction to the cold and sometimes to the heat. Therefore, I have decided to go to church and walk inside the auditorium. That way, if my legs start acting up or if I run out of breath, I can sit down to rest. That being said, I went tonight and started. I decided I would do better with some music so I go back out in my car to get a c.d. All I could find was The eagles and Creedence Clearwater. I went a head and put it in the player at church and it felt a little odd walking to,Life in the fast lane and Proud Maryas I kept passing the communion table. It just seemed sacriligious. I hope God has a sense of humor!!!!
