Okay, I dont normally post my garbage, but I have spent 8 hours on the phone with the state, the insurance company, and now Kynect to straighten out Chazs insurance. We owe thousands of dollars right now. Why? Because nobody in Kentucky knows how to change the website from terminated to insured, even though they keep sending us letters stating hes insured, the insurance company states until that website is changed they cant pay anything. Come on people, this is crazy. Hire an IT specialist who knows how to change a website.
