Okay I figured it is now time to ask for a little backup assistance. It is now confirmed that my Mom has been dealing with a catfish somewhere out of Arkansas. We have been tracking email headers and ips, and it appears to be 6 or 7 different ATT DSL ips out of Fayetteville, Arkansas doing the normal tcputil stuff. Hes now confirmed to be using the same AOL client mailer across at least 4 different ids claiming to be family members etc and all the time saying hes in Orlando Fl.. Which he cant be based on the regional noc info for dsl. She cant get a *57, *69, etc working on her analog line back home for some reason due to her local provider (Frontier) it seems. He always calls with a Private callerid number and will not give out his number to call either. Anyone have any ideas on how to possibly extract the real identity here so we can get rid of this situation for my elderly Mom? Doesnt appear to be physically abusive in trend, but definitely emotionally abusive and controlling in nature and can definitely carry a character with massive backstory for nearly a year.
