Okay, I figured out what exactly the new pastor is doing... What he is doing is hes using scripture to get the church ramped up to carry out community outreach, just like the church requested -- build its numbers, bring people in. (But as I suspect we will begin to see, this community outreach will be to carry out HIS purposes... Not Gods.). Okay, hear me out please... His DANGEROUS approach to preaching -- So some/much of what he says may be biblically-based, but hes picking & choosing scriptures that will lend support to his purpose that hes setting out to accomplish. And he does this by ever so slightly twisting the meaning of some of the scriptures that he refers to (for example, he twisted Numbers 21:17) in subtle but yet very PROFOUND ways to where he is able to transform the appearance of what that verse hes preaching about is actually quite the opposite of what GOD intended it to mean. From which point he launches off into preaching stuff from his holy imagination which is stuff that is completely NOT supported by scripture (in fact, it DEFYs Gods Word) - but he can do it in such a subtle way, that people dismiss it as merely a different style of preaching. NO, it is actually him brainwashing the church into accepting his twisted view of the scriptures. (And Ive already gone to great pains to expose specifically how he manipulated the scriptures and exposed his more sinister underlying contempt -- through highlighting upon his referring to a snot-nosed child - and he let that one slip on Day 2!) This is what hes doing! This is why I see him as so dangerous and as a very dark force... I just see darkness when I see him. Thats why I thought the stage looked dreary and dark when I saw him deliver sermon #2. Hes good, but hes TOO good -- his messages are powerful, yes, but in a very dark way. Im begging you please do NOT to go back there with your families. I would almost liken him and his sermons to a black hole... to even go anywhere near him & his messages, is to risk getting too close to being sucked into the black hole. THATS how dangerous I see this man as... This is going to be Gods battle, because I see him as too dangerous for us to go up against. This mans preaching (lying & setting the trap) truly makes us look like the sheep Jesus warns us we act like... helpless sheep, haplessly led to the slaughter.
