Okay, I guess I have to continue the game...Edna gave me the lucky number 9! I told her Oh okay, thats going to be easy because I just need to think of 9 things that people dont know about me! As I was pondering on my 9 supposed list... I realized that it wasnt a walk in the park at all to come up with 9. Oh well, after exactly 24 hours of contemplating, I was able to think of the top 9 things people dont know about me: 1. I am not attracted to boys ergo I have never been with a guy! 2. I came out to my parents with the support of my grandma when I was 13! My parents didnt judge me or didnt get mad with my revelation , instead, they both hugged me and said we accept you for who you are, just continue to make us proud! Always know we are here to support you all the way! Im truly blessed to have such loving parents and family ! 3. Im a nerd! Ive been a consistent honor student from nursery until high school. I have two bachelors degrees and at 42, I am studying Fashion design & Marketing! I dont know why but I always have this clamor for learning something new! I feel the need to never stop studying or going to school! No matter how old I am! 4. I used to be a Ghost Singer when I was in College. I would record songs for a certain celebrity. They would ask me to do it because the celebrity is either too busy to do the recording or she cant really sing lol. After that, when the actress needs to do a show to promote her movie or be a guest at a show, they use the song that I recorded, play it as she lip syncs it. So people wouldnt know that wasnt her singing it. At that time I had to sign a contract that I can be sued if I divulge the names of the actresses or celebrities that I sing for. I kept mum about it because I got paid good money then lol! 5. I am super scared of heights but 20 years ago, I did bungee jumping in Australia and 15 years ago in Macau! That was it! Never again will I do that! Even if somebody pays me good money lmao! 6. I was sent to an immersion when I was in 7th grade. My parents decided to send me to the mountains one summer with our parish. I had to live the way the villagers live for a week. I only had the clothes that I was wearing with me! No toiletries, no phone, no extra clothes, no food... Nothing! I was stripped off of everything I had! I ate their food, used leaves to brush my teeth, slept on a hard wood make shift bed, use the bathroom in the river, wash my own clothes with no soap, take a bath with my clothes on and wear the traditional clothes that they wear in the mountains! The experience humbled me a lot! It made me appreciate my life more and learned how to be compassionate to others. I realized how truly blessed I was/am for the comfortable life my parents have given me/still giving us! I learned how to share. I learned that material things are not whats important in one a life.. It is in the simplest of things , where there is love---thats the true essence of happiness! 7. I did housekeeping job at Guangdong hotel for two years to support myself when I was taking up Culinary Arts. My parents already put me through College for my first Bachelors degree. So I had to work my ass off to be able to pay my tuition since I was on my own already at that time. 8. I eat like a construction worker lmao meaning I eat like a man! My appetite is that of a hard working guy! 9. I pray the rosary every night! I say my novenas to the following saints: Saint Jude Thaddeus Saint Anthony Virgin Mary of Manaoag Father Pio
