Okay I have got to learn to calm myself down. I have felt horrible today and have been battling a massive headache. Im letting things get the best of me and stressing myself out...my blood pressure is back up full force! I have hit stage 2 hypertension tonight. I can see a doctor visit in my very near future if I dont make end up at the hospital tonight. Im ttoo young to be having this problem. I believe in the power of prayer so please pray that this problem goes away.
