Okay, I know I have been posting a lot today but please read this one too!! I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for a very long time. I have NEVER had a decent interaction with anyone from the Ft. Payne store. I always felt talked down to, and my last trip in there finished me off. Its a long story but the guy that set up my new contract royally screwed me over. I have been paying $120 a month for much longer than I care to admit. I RARELY hit 2 gigs of data and Im on an unlimited talk and text plan. (at least I thought I was, I never could get any answers out of anyone as to what I was actually paying for.) Blah, Blah, Blah, I dont visit Ft. Payne store and never will again. I will be traveling all the way to Gadsden, an hour away from my house so I can see Kylie Robertson, because in about 5 seconds, she saved me $50 a month. FIFTY DOLLARS!!! Thats my water bill for crying out loud!!!! She went out of her way to help me, and was amazing in doing so, and SHE called ME to help. That is some serious customer service. Thank you Kylie. Youre the bomb. That is all. :)
