Okay, I know its not upstate New York Brian Casamento ... but here in Oklahoma, and my guys here can attest to this fact, whenever the weather gets cold, people in high places get really silly; theyll either Not shut down schools and services when they should, or theyll shut down every dang thing on a whim. And you got to remember as well - some of the clowns (and again my friends will attest to this fact) cant drive if they so much as glance at a snowflake. That mostly includes the ones who are supposed to be spreading sand and de-icer.
