Okay I know the following rant wont bother most of you but its bothering the heck out of me. Before hurricane Katrina we had curb side recycling I loved it doing my part to save the planet. After Katrina it destroyed the place the items where brought too. Now after all these years we get a recyle bin in Paulina and some people I use that word lightly see it as a trash bin! People in this parish if you have a water bill or water and gas bill you are charged for garbage PLEASE throw your garbage out in front of your own home NOT at the park Recycle bin! Thanks for reading rant over!
