Okay...I need help. My daughters Gateway beeps at start up. The monitor flickers on some (not not all) websites. I am 99.9% sure its the graphics card. But of course, this computer has integrated graphics chip. I have found a card which will work with the cpu. But my question is this: Where do I put the stupid card? Ive found two empty expansion slots, but none near the power supply. One i believe is for RAM so I have narrowed it down to one slot. I know theres a way to disable the integrated graphics. But I am all thumbs with hardware. Is it possible there IS no slot for a video card? I have had more problems with more computers these past 3 months than in my entire life. I am starting to hate the damned things.
