Okay, I need some opinions here: As many of you know, Ive received a promotion at work. This means that I am moving into the Purchasing Manager Position, and my dear old pal Marc Breaux is moving into the Accounting Department. They are doing some restructuring meaning that Im still going to be handling a ton of the A/R side of accounting and contracts, etc. In addition to that, they informed us in this weeks sales meeting that theyre not planning to hire someone to replace Marcs Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position meaning that He and I will basically be splitting the duties of his current position between the two of us to add to the work well already be doing in our current positions. Would it be tacky to ask for more money since Im basically going to be like, 2.5 people all by my lonesome? Im not good with putting my foot down. haha. =(
