Okay, I need to do a little #fridayfangirl this morning. Im wildly curious about debut authors and a few weeks ago spotted buzz for @sabrina_elkins Stir Me Up. I read the (fantastic) sample and needed the book in my greedy paws, STAT. Happily, the rest of the book proved just as delicious. There is great upper YA flavor with NA undertones, an uber-hot broody hero (my favorite kind), and best of all food! Stir Me Up is backdropped against a french restaurant and foodie culture plays a huge role. I read this book in two greedy sittings--super rare as Im time miserly due to my own writing commitments. There is such a lovely sweetness pervading this romance and yields lots of those perfect happy flutters. Very much worth a read!
