Okay, I started a diet today here are some before pictures. Go ahead and laugh. Anyway, I weigh 215lbs with 16% bodyfat. My goal is to drop my bodyfat into the single digits. I will be eating a calorie restricted diet with little carbs. My training will consist of heavy compound exercise with some moderate to light isolation or support exercises and lots and lots of cardio. Did II mention lots of cardio? My diet isnt dialed in yet because I need to ease into it. Besides, I still have some beer I need to drink. I cut out pop and will replace it with some diet pop, crystal light and lots and lots of water. Did I mention lots of water? I will be taking 1 or 2 animal paks (multi-vitamin) per day, along with 1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. I wont be blowing up facebook with my progress but I will check back periodically with updates.
