Okay...I think I need to face facts. My armor (hardened leather, featuring heroic cuirass, affectionately called my booby armor) looks very, very cool...BUT...it was made for me about ten years ago (or more?), and I no longer fit into it properly, even with adjustments. Further, there are areas where I am forever getting hit _hard_ that just arent sufficiently protected (back of right shoulder, thighs on both legs). So its time to really get into making the next generation of stuff. Recommendations (with photos or links to construction guides) welcome. I cant afford pre-made gear.
