Okay, Im going to share a little story. Last night I was in Hoboken, NJ and I was honestly feeling unsettled and sad because Im imperfect. So, I was basically discouraged and I went to a Catholic Church with my family. We arent Catholic but my Grandma is, I love the Catholic church because the singing is mostly opera and they seem to be very respectful and serious about Jesus. So, anyway, A lady came up to speak. I was in front of her and she glanced at me. She opened her bible and read scriptures from the book of Genesis. She said God made a promise to Sarah and God will keep his promises etc. Another lady comes up and starts singing in opera, but the words meant something to me. She was basically singing about how God doesnt forget about us, when he promises us something, he keeps it. I was pretty much in tears because literally before church I was feeling like God gave up on me and that he dismissed me. I truly battle with unclean thoughts in my mind and guilt took over, so I assumed that God was mad at me. Many of us fail to realize that God loves us even more when we fall short. I was surprised when I went to that church because I was truthfully expecting it to be dead. God loves me so much that he spoke through these people just to cheer me up. I believe God can use anyone and honestly, I believe Catholics have sincerity. Im sorry, I am in awe right now. He revealed himself so powerfully last night, it was unexpected and very obvious. Very hard to explain. My word for everyone is that, you must be patient. Your time is coming soon and God keeps his promises. Keep the faith.
