Okay... Im just going to go out on a limb here and say this is one of the dumbest things Ive read in quite a while. This isnt news. At no point in the article do the activities of the two suspects implicate any crimes being committed. If they offered the victim a ride and she said no, at which time the suspects drove away and left her alone... nothing happened whatsoever. Slightly creepy? Maybe... at best. Otherwise, Literally no point to report this information at all.
