Okay. Im not going to be able to break down cost for you because I am an English major. HA! Tonight we made tacos. First, I sautéed half a red onion and six sweet peppers. Then I browned 90/20 beef (you could use ground turkey!) then we added our favorite taco seasoning (Safeway or Target in the ethnic food section) then we cooked up our favorite tortillas (Safeway near the cooked chicken) finish off with favorite taco toppings! Our family of three gets about three meals out of this, but then again we have a toddler who doesnt eat much! :) Easy and delicious! ENJOY!
