Okay Im ranting. This afternoon my neighbors decided to burn garbage in their back yard. The wind was blowing and the smoke was coming into my livingroom so I slammed the window closed because I didnt want to have my whole house smelling like burnt garbage. This was in the middle of the yard, where the grass and weeds grow, not in a bare ground or burn barrel. There were aerosol cans exploding. The guy was up on the roof of the home (I think turning the water supply off on the cooler, IDK). Three little kids were on the back steps while he was on the roof and everybody went in the house without putting the fire out. I thought about calling the Sherrif since you are suppose to have a permit to burn and since he followed absolutely no safety protocols I doubt he had one.
