Okay, Ive been out of touch here on Facebook. Priorities have changed from doing whatever whenever I want to scheduling showers and laundry in advance, and getting enough sleep. Its Saturday afternoon as I write this. 60 hours so far, 12 more tonight, and everybody is wondering if well be working Sunday. Interesting experience working here at a Nuke Plant. Armed guards walking around, metal detectors and explosive sniffers. Going into the work zones requires wearing radiation detectors to detect and keep track of minor doses. Did I mention walking? Half a mile from parking lot to work building. Miles of walking in plant, yes I do mean miles by the time Ive put in my 12 hours. My feet hurt, and I sleep well each night! Eat sleep and work, not much free time for anything. This is what my work day consists of; Basically I am removing metal poles from racks, putting them in carts, walking them to our work location, then walking then upstairs so the Carpenters can build scaffolding for other workers to perform maintenance.
