Okay Kansas friends. Does anybody know if I can find some place that has Dashi Stock for sale? Ive been watching videos on Japanese cuisine for awhile and there are a bunch of dishes that I want to try and make, but at least 80% of them require this ingredient. It would be nice to find a local source, but I suppose at a last resort I could order some off the internet or consider trading with my in-laws stationed in Japan. I wonder if there is something that they cant get in Japan that they would want bad enough for me to ship to them...
