Okay....Lets put the brakes on for minute. So I heard this afternoon that Ray Rice of the Baltimore Ravens has been terminated and the NFL has suspended him indefinitely. Here is why I TOTALLY DISAGREE: When Trayvon Martin was murdered, ( WHICH IS DOMESTIC VIOLENCE), no one in the NFL said a word, No one But Lebron James of the NBA gave his full support to the Martin family, OPENLY I might add and I applaud him fully for that. Then Michael Brown is Murdered in Ferguson Missouri DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and we heard NOTHING from the NFL, MLB or the NBA about that injustice or police brutality in general. The St Louis Rams said NOTHING, Roger Goodel said NOTHING offer NO SUPPORT of the Brown Family...But the NFL is concerned about the community.....Yea right. Now the Ray Rice story he was charged with domestic violence with his girlfriend who is now his wife. Now Ray Rice went through the legal process, spoke to the press with his wife, his newly married wife, the same woman who has said that basically she forgave him, but she may have had some fault in the matter and was sorry that the incident that happened in the first place. Ray Rice has apologized as well. So out of the blue, at 4am this morning TMZ Sports showed the entire video. All of sudden NFL PLAYERS AROUND THE LEAGUE CALLED FOR RAY RICES HEAD...AND THEY GOT IT.....(NOW NONE OF THESE PLAYERS THAT WANT RAY RICE OUT OF THE NFL SAID NOTHING ABOUT TRAYVON OR MICHAEL). Now after watching ESPN and CNN , all the pundits particularly white women are saying that Ray Rice wife is suffering, she should leave him and he (Ray Rice) should be punished more for the abuse that she has been through.....What???? So lets talk about Domestic Violence. For 500 Years...500 YEARS ....BLACK MEN, WOMEN AND YES CHILDREN WERE SUBJECTED TO THE MOST HORRIFIC BRUTALITY IN THE FORM OF SLAVERY, IN ITS MOST BRUTAL FORMS AT THE HANDS OF WHITE PEOPLE, WHO WERE SLAVE MASTERS TO BLACK PEOPLE. WE WERE TORTURED AND FORCED TO WORK FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET, (WITH NO PAY FOR 500 YEARS) BLACK MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN WERE BEATEN, TORTURED, RAPED, MURDERED. BOTH WHITE MEN AND WHITE WOMEN TORTURED BLACK PEOPLE EQUALLY CRUEL FOR 500 YEARS! Black people were TAKEN BY FORCE, AND UNDER THE THREAT OF DEATH, ALSO FORCED TO RELINQUISH THEIR CULTURE, LIFESTYLE THEIR RELIGION AND HAD TO LEARN ENGLISH, AND WAS TOLD TO BECOME CHRISTIAN...THERE WAS NO CHOICE IN THE ISSUE...... SO I SAY IF YOU ARE GOING TO PUNISH RAY RICE AND HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE THEN AMERICA SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ITS 500 YEARS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AGAINST THE AFRICAN AMERICAN...REPARATIONS ARE LONG LONG LONG OVERDUE!!!!! SO I HAVE A BUCKET CHALLENGE FOR: THE NFL, NBA, MLB AND EVERY FORTUNE 500 COMPANY IN AMERICA, AND THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT: MY BUCKET CHALLENGE IS: 1) OWN UP TO AND FULLY ADMIT YOUR ATROCITIES HERE IN THIS LAND AGAINST THE AFRICAN AMERICAN AND THE NATIVE AMERICAN. 2.) PAY THE AFRICAN AMERICAN AND NATIVE AMERICAN THE MONIES THAT ARE DUE IN THE FORM OF REPARATIONS FOR THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE THAT WAS COMMITTED. *** I BET THATS TOO MUCH LIKE RIGHT FOR YA HUH....???
