Okay Moms - I could really use your help! I placed an order through MedicAlert for a bracelet for my son and they called me and said they dont recommend putting his name on the bracelet, my phone number nor EPI & Call 911 as instructions. The woman said that medical personnel are trained to see the bracelet and call their number for further instructions. By then, my son could be going into Anaphylaxis. This woman was almost arguing with me about what I wanted to write on the bracelet. I cancelled my order but wanted to discuss it with all of you who sing the praises of MedicAlert. What am I missing? Shouldnt I be able to put whatever I want on a bracelet that Im purchasing? Taking a deep breath now, I am kinda fired up! Thanks in advance for calming me down!
