Okay! My fingers are on fire and I must use caution for a couple of days in rubbing my eyes and touching tender areas. I cut all the sweet peppers up first for dehydration and seed saving first. Then I did the same with the hot peppers. No, I did not use gloves. I guess pain is just a part of life sometimes. I saved sweet peppers, as sweet peppers...and hot peppers, as hot peppers, all mixed together, but seperate. I do my best not to complicate life. Sweet is sweet and hot is hot. Sweet and hot is awsome!
