Okay, Scream in the Dark Film Festival fiends...Our indiegogo fundraising campaign is ending tomorrow, Saturday; May 31 in a mere 27 hours from the time of this post. If you intend on joining us in October...we HIGHLY suggest taking advantage of the advance & DISCOUNTED passes and EXCLUSIVE perks that are offered. Doing so will help us make this quickly-evolving, great event even better! So lets review what we know so far..... October 4-5, 2014, the Scream in the Dark Film Festival will take place at the Scottish Rite Omaha Theater; 202 South 20th Str. in Omaha, Ne. Films confirmed to screen so far during our event will be... Tales of Poe, making its Midwest premiere; directed by Bart Mastronardi & Alan Rowe Kelly and starring horror greats: Adrienne King, Amy Steel, Caroline Williams, Desiree Gould, Debbie Rochon and Lesleh Donaldson, who will also be attending the festival. Death Rot (movie), making its Nebraska premiere; directed and written by Dominic Wieneke. Featuring the music of Tennessee Murder Club. Several cast and crew will be in attendance. Also joining us will be industry icon, Eileen Dietz, who will be in town for the October 3rd Dr. San Guinary Creature Feature Live presentation of the 1973 classic, the Exorcist in which Ms. Dietz portrayed the demon Pazuzu.
