Okay, Since the finale, so many things have come out. Firstly, and most importantly, Ali knew she was going to die that night. Her room was graffitid and had threats following the text. Who could have gotten in there without anyone noticing in broad daylight? Someone who lived there sure could do that easily enough. Alis mum is super protective of her child, aggressively so, but still protective. She REFUSED to let Ali leave that night, many think because Ali was being threatened, or Alis twin has escaped from Radley. What if Alis mum was the one planning to kill Alison all along. She didnt want Ali to leave, so she tried to do it nice and cleanly within their own home. She could bring back Alisons twin and act like nothing happened. She could bury Alison in a shallow grave, never to be found and she could cover it up due to her heavy associations with Radley and its staff. Alison was a nightmare child. When Alison snuck out to go and diffuse the possible A situations it just tore up the Dilarentes plan and they had to improvise. Maybe Alis twin, Mr Dilarentes or Jason was planned to Stage hitting Ali with the rock. In shock from it all, they buried her and expected her to suffocate from the dirt. Alis room was pristine because often there would be someone living there, not Ali, but her twin. Mrs D was so disgusted to hear that Ali was alive, not because it removed her closure, but because it means that her plan failed and someone else must have died. Her plan failed. I think Ali and Mona killed the other girl, mainly Mona. Mona convinced Ali to die and has been known for her murderous/violent outbursts. She could have had it all planned from the start. Her creepy obsession could bring on much worse things.
