Okay Strada Food Truck Fans - After a great first 2 days, we are cooking up next weeks schedule. We hope that we are coming near you! (We are trying for a spot on the East Side & Downtown but want to be sure that we arent encroaching on another Food Trucks turf.) Monday - Wichita at 3555 E Douglas (Douglas & Clifton) in Happiness Plaza Parking Lot on the south side of the street. Wednesday - Wichita at 215 S Maize Rd near (north of Maple & Maize) in Cut Salons Parking Lot on the west side of Maize Rd. Thursday - Winfield at 1302 Main St. back to Bing Brothers Liquor parking lot on the east side of the Main St. Friday - Wichita at 6727 W Central Ave. (Central & Ridge Rd.) in front of Eric Fisher Academy on the southeast part of the parking lot. Well be open from 11 to 1:30. Again - we are close to getting a location on the East side & Downtown so plan on seeing that next week.
