Okay. Vent time! Almost daily I get messages asking me what it is Im doing to lose weight and look so great! Im here to tell you all right now that it you want a quick fix. Or a magic pill that doesnt require a lifestyle change to see results. Or something super easy you wont have to work for....go get liposeze or whatever that stuff is called!! We are Team Beachbody! We are the most positive, uplifting accountability team you could ask for BUT we work our butts off for all the success we achieve! We want to share our success....anything worth having in life you will have to work folks. I hate to tell you. Put the work in and well help you with the rest.
