Okay a rant, this is for friends, clients, Realtors, etc... If you have or have had a problem with OCWEN loan servicing, please dont lay down. Today is literally the 3rd in a week and you must educate yourself on this. You have rights, your clients have rights and this company is BAD NEWS! I was able to overcome them and their cheating ways. Demand this from them. It is my understanding that it is my right to ask who owns this note and where is the deed of trust. I have been through public records and see no re-conveyance from ORIGINAL LENDER to any other entity and also no assignment of servicer, these are required documents in order for a company to assume the rights to the original note. I DEMAND THAT YOU “PROVICE ORIGINAL NOTE” AND “ THE ORIGINAL UNALTERED NOTE IN WET BLUE INK ”, “LEGALLY TELL ME WHO TRUE TRUST HOLDER AND THE LEGAL & REAL BENEFICIARY”. Thank you for your assistance. Then let them squirm.
