Okay, all you super food eaters out there! I am looking to kick start some weight loss and I know I need to switch up my eating habits. The last 6 months have been FULL of unhealthy food and I would like to fix that. I want to do a smoothie/shake to replace either breakfast or lunch, possibly both. I need some help figuring out where to start and there is SO much info online that I am drowning. I do NOT want to spend a small fortune on this. What is your recommendation? And I would like to add a protein powder to it but it needs to be gluten free and clean. Any ideas? Christine Cole I know you have a lot of really good eating habits. :D
