Okay, friends ... Im curious ... for those of you who have sold your home, have you ever felt like you needed to leave it perfect for the new owners getting ready to move in? Aside from leaving it freshly vacuumed, baseboards and cabinets wiped down, bathrooms scrubbed and polished and wood/tile floors shined, I feel like I also need to not only fill all of the nail holes, but touch up paint all of them, as well.
