Okay friends, family, tribe, etc (so basically everyone): time to pull out the big guns of prayer, white light, rain dances, happy dances, juju, candle lighting, loving thoughts, etc. for my mom. She had surgery on Weds to take care of an acute subdural hematoma that developed after a fall on Saturday night. Unfortunately, today she started having severe confusion and a hard time speaking in complete phrases, much less sentences. A CT scan revealed more blood, though we dont know why or from where. So, they just took her back into surgery to see whats up. Having a big chunk of your skull removed more than once a week cant be good! :-/ And meanwhile, Im on day 6 of this freaking migraine. Someone suggested today that its a sympathetic headache w/ my mom!! So anyway, if you have any extra juju, love, light, etc. to spare, please send them our way, and send the vast majority to her. The hardest part for me right now is not being able to be there by her side and with my family. This is scary, emotional, and I really wish I could be with all of them! Thanks so, so much for whatever you can send our way.
