Okay funny "Hope" story....So, last evening I was cookig and baking until wee hours of the morning, I decided to make this new dessert to wow my coworkers...I get the cake done, put in spring form pan and about 20 minutes I am smelling something funny, I open oven only to realize I had poured the heavy whipping cream in the pan instead of the cake batter!!! I was so angry at myself for being so absent minded!! So, here I am at 1135pm, startig over with a totally different cake because I had "cooked" all the heavy cream for the cake prior....Needless to say, I pulled it off and was finally able to sleep at 0130am...Soooo my day off cant get here fast enough!!!!
