Okay guys, I need your help in a big way. I need to move. Again. My current landlords family is in (unexpectedly) poor health and they need in-home care; shes also (unexpectedly) pregnant with her fourth child, due in April. I understand that they need the extra house space with everything thats happened in their lives - it just throws mine back into a bit of a whirlwind. After my separation in October and the move that ensued in December, it is tough to face this yet again. However, I am bound and determined not to panic. Worry will help nothing, and I have two amazing artistic projects coming down the pipes in the spring (will announce details publicly later once contracts are signed) which I am SO incredibly excited about, and which will take a lot of physical and mental stability on my end - and I am absolutely determined not to let this turn of events interfere with the opportunities Ive been given. So heres where I could use some help, Facebook crowd. 1) Remind me of my decision not to panic. :) Please help me to take the pressure off - notes, visits (when theres time), assistance with day-to-day stuff, reassurance, etc. will be so helpful here. 2) Im currently in a 1000-square-foot place in Vancouver (I would LOVE to stay in Vancouver) for $1000/month incl. utilities, which has enough space for my grand piano and my teaching studio. I need to find, by April or earlier, a place which allows me to teach and is within my budget. Please, please share this info with anyone you know who might help. Ill certainly consider roommates as long as me teaching out of the house is amenable to them. (My landlords parents house might be available to move into but I would likely need a roommate.) 3) Ill need packing/moving help (again). My parents have committed to coming out this time and doing whatever they need to do to help, because they know Im in a bind. But a few extra hands will be helpful. If you can help with any of the above - even if its just a note to say you can DO it!!, Id be grateful. Thanks, Jenny
