Okay guys, let me clarify a few things. Yesterday, several posts were made that got out of hand. Up until that point, my admining philosophy had been to allow you guys to do what you want as long as you remained civil about it. Unfortunately, things did not remain civil and I was forced to remove several of these posts. In the fiasco, several members messaged me to complain about particular members. In response to those, I seek out those members to discuss their actions and potential consequences. Sometimes (depending on my schedule for the day), I can respond to all involved and sometimes I can only get to the perpetrator (I deal with the source of the issue first). Unfortunately, some do not have the patience to wait for a reply and they decide to take matters into their own hands- which is completely fine. I anticipated more issues to come which is why on the same day all of this started I added 5 more people to the admin panel which makes for a total of 8. This means you have 8 opportunities to get your issue across. If ONE admin does not respond to you in a time frame that works for you, you have 7 more to choose from, so the issue of an admin not responding to you shouldnt really be a problem. Moving forward, my tolerance for irrelevant posts is none. If trolling occurs or any form of bullying occurs (mild or otherwise), you will be removed. This group is about Dragon Age, and as such should only have discussions relevant to the topic at hand (this can include affiliates such as BioWare or BioWare created games). Comments on posts are also to be relevant to the original post. Its that simple. If a debate occurs, I expect it to remain civil. If name-calling occurs, you will be removed. If you take issue with someone, talk to them headfirst about it or contact an admin. If you feel Im being to harsh- I tried being the nice admin. I really did. Unfortunately, it doesnt work. If you arent okay with what Ive stated here, no one is forcing you to stay here. Ive had this group for 3 years and have never had any issues like this until recently. Now, lets just get back to what we all know and love- DRAGON AGE.
