Okay, havent commiserated with my comic book friends in a while so let me ask this: Why should I give a crap about Edgar Wright leaving Ant-Man? Dont get me wrong, I like Simon Pegg movies, theres nothing wrong there, but the way this is being played up is akin to Spielberg backing out of Indiana Jones and frankly I dont see Wright (Whos never Id never really heard until it he left the movie) as some visionary director. Sean of The Dead, love it. The Worlds End, damn good, Hot Fuzz, funny enough, Scott Pilgrim? Couldt sit through it. Thats about it other than a few obscurities and a whole bunch of British TV shows Ive never heard of. So what am I missing here? Do I really care that An-Man wont have a British comedic vision? I dont know that its right for a Marvel film anyway. Thoughts?
