Okay here goes nothing. Im wondering of there is anyone out there that owns a bakery or a company making cakes that would be willing to take an aspiring pastry chef under their wing and mentor them. I can bake breads, pies, cookies pretty much anything. Im just a little shakey on the decorating part. My career path after high school was culinary school in Denver for Baking and Pastry Arts.
