Okay, heres my one time offer for this Saturday for any of my Facebook friends that have been thinking about joining a gym and or working with a trainer. I have three free hours open this coming Sat to give you a taste of our gym and what its like to work with a professional fitness coach. The first three people to respond will get the time with me.
