Okay....heres my rant. There are so many comments from both sides of tonights FSU/UF game going through my news feed. I do not intend to be braggy fan nor do I direct my hater comments to any of my personal friends. Social media contributes to our lives in both positive and negative ways. I subscribe to many sports feeds and read daily so many mean, negative comments directed at my team, my coach and my quarterback. We FSU fans are painfully aware of how desperately pretty much everyone is wanting and waiting for us to fall. I am a lifetime FSU fan ( thanks Mom for teaching me well😉) I cheered for this team even through the lost decade. The entire 4 years our son was a student the Seminoles were awful but we went to games, rocked the garnet and gold, war chanted and chopped. So we understand the frustration of not winning football games. I have subscribed to social media for under 2 years and was not privy to this wealth of information during our down years but do remember congratulating friends personally on their victories -even when it was us they beat. So...forgive me for defending my team, coach and quarterback. We will eventually fall but I intend to enjoy this ride while it lasts. Then I will still be a rabid FSU fan. Good for those of you who stick with your teams even when youre down. Its a cycle for us all. 💛❤️. Rant over....
