Okay, hypothetical question: If a 2 year old happens to shove a tiny lego piece up his nose, possibly so far up that you cant see it but he claims its there (and is acting uncomfortable.... and has shoved a similar piece up there before....), would you take said child to the pediatrician for extraction, or do you have to go to the ER for something like that? Or would you just wait to see if gravity can work on that sucker? Okay, lets be honest, this is obviously not just hypothetical. No point in trying to save face now. Sigh....
