Okay, in regards to the possibility that Chief Williams retired over his involvement in a domestic violence incident, it has come to my attention that the Chiefs nickname among local attorneys is DV Williams, a name he earned due to the large number of times that officers have responded to domestic violence calls at his home. Apparently, when the officers arrive, the Chief tells them, This never happened. Go back to work.
