Okay kids, last call for the World Record Drum Circle! If you want to come and drum with me in the end zone of Byrd Stadium, get to the stadium by 11:30am and make your way down to the field. Tell the event staffers you are part of the noon performance. I have no idea how this is all gonna flow so the earlier you get there, the better! If you just want to be part of the world record attempt, get to the stadium by 2pm. We need 1400 drummers to set the record. 80-100,000 people are expected on UMDs campus tomorrow, so give yourself plenty of time to park and get you and your drum to the stadium. There will be some tambourines available if you bring friends without any drums. Bring water and a sandwich and your ear plugs and make a day of it!! Go to site below for more info. Wish us luck!
