Okay, lets stop being mature and start talking Christmas metal haul! :) My beloved wife got me the last two Bloodbound CDs, Lonewolfs Army of the Damned, Xandrias Neverworlds End, and finally Hellcats Warrior Princess. That latter CD is extremely first-CD-naive style heavy metal from an all female Slovenian band. While its a fun CD, the most interesting part was when i got to the song, Proud to be Loud. It sounded absolutely familiar and knew it, and at risk of exposing a lack of metal knowledge cred, I could not come up with what band did this hard-rock-styling song that fit them pretty well. Finally I gave up and googled it, and realized it was Pantera! Off the Power Metal CD, the first disc I ever bought for them. That is one obscure choice for a cover.
