Okay my fitness fanatics... I am down 51 pounds and have about 30 to go. I do not have much time to exercise but I am Nursing Assistant and I run my butt off all day and sweat my rear off, I am looking for a meal replacement shake that also can give me an energy boost! Which leads me to my next question, how can I get off of caffeine without having an excruciating headache for 3 days??? Will someone help this fatso out?
