Okay, my friend just turned 18 and she hasnt got her permit or anything else. And her parents are taking her to the DMV but her parents are confused as well. Shes been asking what test she will be taking and does she have to get a permit first in order to get her license. Then she made me all confused as well.. Can she get her license at age 18 with no permit or courses but shes been studying. Does take a permit test then written test then on the wheel? Can someone explain, thanks.
