Okay....my number is 9.... 1. I am the oldest of 5 kids, born in 8 years, to my overachieving mother and father who also completed their Masters degree and PhD respectively, the year the 5th child was born. 2. By the time I was 11, we had moved 7 times, ending up in Cortland, NY, where I spent the next 30 some years. 3. I love to swim, taught swimming as a teenager, and qualified to be a lifeguard before I was eligible to be employed. 4. I briefly thought of becoming a marine biologist, until I realized I was terrified of what I couldnt see in the water. Thank you very much Jaws. 5. I hate, hate, hate horror movies. 6. I love the outdoors and nature. I used to volunteer at a nature center, teaching elementary school kids about bog, pond, and stream creatures and their habitat. 7. I love peanut butter. Cannot stand the smell or texture of bananas, pickles, or hardboiled eggs.. 8. My family is scattered from NY to Florida, Connecticut to the west coast. I havent seen aunts, uncles and cousins in decades, my parents usually once a year, and my sibs once every 2 or 3 years.. 9. I am in love with Hawaii, and plan to have my ashes scattered there when I die.
