Okay...out of all the recipes I have made I get many emails and texts to please share the recipe for Breakfast Caramel Biscuits. Here it is Kimberly Harden - 1\2 cup butter, 1\2 cup brown sugar, 1\2 cup sugar, 1\2 cup vanilla ice cream, pecans are optional, and 1 can biscuits. In a microwave dish melt the butter and ice cream. Mix in both types of sugar and stir until well blended. Spray a 9x9 pan with Pam. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Top with biscuits and pour caramel sauce over the top. Bake as directed on the biscuit tin or until biscuits are golden brown. Turn over on serving tray. I usually double the batch and use a 9x13. They always take longer to bake than the tin says. These are quick and delicious for holiday breakfasts. Enjoy!
