I rolled up Friday afternoon for a little downtime with friends I like to hang out and shoot the breeze before the bouncing begins Jake Burkey came out claiming he was gonna start a riot I told him hes on the hitlist but from now on I think Ill just remain quiet Because at the end of the day I had to hand deliver him his winning check Next time Ill call State Farm myself and tell em you caused a wreck Jared Stover was taken out right at the start by a stinking tree I promise you if anybody felt bad for the guy it was me Spegal spooled up and ended the day with a third place finish Dustin Hensley laid a straight beat down and he was relentless Boat Ramp didnt stand a chance when it came to Mark Mathis He was standing on the skinny pedal as he came flying past us Peter Basler showed up and let his suspension show out If you think tuning is a waste then let that second place finish reaffirm your doubt Some of my favorite people showed up from 4x4 Nation The Avenger had a few issues but its such a beautiful creation I always enjoy being around good people like Alisha, Bree, and Chad Oh and good luck Chuck sorry my memory is kind of bad Big Tim Bacon showed up and brought the heat I told him Bacon is something me and Travis like to eat What he said back had me dying Basically Momma Bacon likes herself a little frying Brent Mewbourn ended up with a broken axle as well as a bent rim Overtimes chances of making it up Boat Ramp were looking pretty slim Dean Lickliter put on a show and ended up with a broken u joint and knuckle The pressure was on and he held up but his rig chose to buckle Anyone with Jesus Rocks on their race suit definitely has my attention Which is why when it comes to Donald Powell you sir have an honorable mention As well as the Racers for Christ doing what they do Bringing the Good News to folks like me and you Todd Puckett did what he usually does and drove like a champ He straight spanked Backside as well as Boat Ramp Jamie Whitaker made both hills look pretty easy as well Position wise hes trying to take the wind out of The Hitmans sail Batmobile Will had a pretty nice showing and his ORIs were working good If any buggy could scream through the woods Id think that Michael Duncans should With a real nice Attitude...the throttle got glued...and it cost him precious time Mike Bennett had the Gold Digga diggin for every last nickel and dime Kevin Posey had Black Betty bam-ba-lam Running pretty strong down in Alabam My friends from Muscle Shoals werent just out for some Sunday strolls Eddie and Jamie had that 502 straight humping Watch your backs because yall know LC in Sucker Punch is always up to something Hollywood Forbs hit Boat Ramp hard and broke a ring and pinion He had ol Orange Peel running like some sort of Kenyan He said finishing races is kind of played out Hed rather put it on its lid than be paid out Speaking of being paid out...how about a hand for Joe Greene! Offering up $200 buck gift cards for 11th-20th providing free labor on their machine As well as putting on a heck of a show That Outlaw Fab Worx Buggy has definitely got some go This Whitney chicks contact hit the ground...she then put it in her mouth and right back in her eye Shes pretty hardcore because she was running around with the Who is that guy? Ol Randall Key had Blaze running hard And yall thought milkshakes brought all the girls to the yard The Powderpuff was a little shy this go round With Deans buggy broke I could barely stand to see Alishas frown Others didnt make the event and one who did had a buggy on rent Jessica Huffman did her thing in El Diablo With the check in her hand you could see her glow I still enjoy seeing the ladies just as much as the men A bad gal behind a bad buggy shoot son Ill put down my pen But not before I thank Tom and AOP for supplying the loaner Im gonna be honest Tom maybe you should use some toner Because she makes your rig look way better Not to mention she took home the cheddar And thanks to Ty Turner for putting on another great event Yall better believe ARC is on the ascent Anyways it was an awesome weekend with awesome friends And theres another way to capture things instead of pens Images by Tina Papasan and Christy Mote Yall know whats up...thats all he wrote
