Okay, security guards should not get physical with anyone, with the exception of if the person theyre confronting either A). Poses a physical threat. B. If the person makes a physical attempt at the security guard. Or C). If the person is doing something or is about to do something that would pose a physical harm to themselves or others. If those reasons (or any other ethical reason in attempt to protect others, the person, or the security guard) are not present, then Never, for any reason, should a security guard EVER get physical with anther person in attempt to enforce a rule or to get their point across. Uncalled for and extremely unprofessional....
